“Seeing is believing!”
Reviewed 8 February 2012

Not only do we have family that insist on being taken to the Strip every time they visit from out of town, WE love going there as well! Whether you're looking for some inexpensive and unique sportswear (not just Stillers, Pens & Pirates, either!), some Oriental teas and spices, homemade salsas & tortillas, imported meats & cheeses, fresh seafood or the best breakfast in the 'Burgh, there is something for you in the Strip. It would take multiple pages and a serious case of carpal tunnel for me to elaborate accurately on how awesome the Strip is, but just visit for yourself and you will see. Go early, though, especially on the weekends. Parking ain't easy or cheap, especially if you can't parallel park!

“FUN PLACE TO WALK AROUND AND FIND GOOD FOOD”
Reviewed 7 February 2012

Go to just look around at all the unique little shops but then go to one of the great little restaurants and be happy you did. There is always street vendors out. It is a nice way to spend time just having fun.

“The Strip District”
Reviewed 7 February 2012

This is Pittsburgh's area for local foods and culture. This is a must see on anyone's trip to Pittsburgh. Make sure you go to the original Primanti Brothers and the Leaf & Bean. Enjoy!

We love this place and like to hit it during the middle of the week when in town for business to do some ethnic shopping and get the best cheese at PA Macaroni

“A great Saturday Morning activity”
Reviewed 28 January 2012

My husband and five year old daughter to go the strip EVERY Saturday morning.  They go to Deluca's for breakfast and the off to shop the markets.  If you want a seat at Deluca's get there before 7:00am or you will be waiting in line a while.
