The tour of the house with all its original furnishings is amazing. A must see!!

Wish the tour guides would let people linger and take in the grandeur of a bygone era in more detail. Too much hurry up and keep up when there were no other tours in progress.

The car museum was outstanding and the art exhibit was grand! The history of automobiles in Pittsburgh and the USA was fantastic.

Thank Jerry C

Went here on Mother's Day and was exceptionally impressed! It was quiet but engaging, spacious yet intimate. The cafe had a great meal at a reasonable price as well. We really enjoyed the experience.

Went on our trip to Pittsburgh as recommended by our friends. Cute little museum but the collection is worth visiting (small permanent colelction of European artists & temporary exhibition of American painters from Civil was ro impressionism). People who work in the museum are extremely nice & willing to make you a tour. No admission charge, only a collection optionally. Did not visit the house itself due to lack of time.
Our friends also highly recommended a café but did not have time for that unfortunately.

The art museum was a little on the small side, but Clayton, the Frick Family home more than made up for it. It contains actual pieces of furniture, etc. that were actually used by the Frick family. The docent did an amazing job in her guided tour.
