This park is absolutely beautiful!! Views of the rivers, bridges, and skyline are priceless. We went to see the Philles play the Pirates which was a sell out game on July 4th. Afterwards they had great fireworks on the river front. We went to all 3 games and sat in different sections each time. All good!!! The one and only complaint is the corridors are tight walking....and that doesn't even bring the review down. They had good food too and you can't say that about all ball parks.

Easy to get to from downtown Pittsburgh. Crossing the Roberto Clemente bridge with all the other pedestrians a great sports outing experience. Pierogies on top of hotdogs a culinary plus (order the Polish Hill). Great views of the field from any where in the park. City as backdrop - nice!

We have gone to a few Pirate games and a concert at PNC park. Such a beautiful park! It does get crowded on the North shore during events, but you can always park in the city or on station square and ride the gateway clipper to the park. It's a great experience if you are interested in seeing the city from the rivers. The park can have some steep food and beverage prices, but it's standard for MLB stadiums. Also make sure to check security restrictions on bags before visiting! Parking can be full or very expensive last minute near the park. Plenty of great food options near and in the park.

No matter where you sit, you will see the field. I'm very impressed with the stadium and the seating. There are some great views of the river too, if the game gets a little boring.

I went to Pittsburgh to see the Pirates play the Mets and was in total awe at how beautiful PNC Park was....especially at night. The tickets to the game were reasonably priced and the park is conveniently located in the city of Pittsburgh. I would say that if possible, try to stay within walking distance of the park as the streets are rather narrow and become easily congested due to the rivers. But this is an extremely minor issue. The people of Pittsburgh are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants in and around the stadium are great, with very family friendly prices. Heinz Field, the Penguins Arena, the trolley to the hill top are all close to each other. Driving in the city is not stressful, although the streets do get congested after the game. PNC staff are very good....they have a 1st time visitor cert. you can pick up at "customer service". The game we went to was at night and the bridge you see beyond right center field is closed prior to the game to allow a "pedestrian only" route to the park. There are statues outside to look at before the game and great shots of the river. Once the sun sets the true beauty of this field unfolds. The atmosphere and scenic beauty of this ball park will make you want to visit it again. We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast on Mexican War street.....the old house was awesome....and very close to down town....maybe a 10 minute walk....all in all I would recommend PNC and Pittsburgh to anyone who is interested in a great baseball experience.
