This is a small aviary ("national?"). Birds have been turned into pets, given names and expected to perform during feedings. Strong-armed into ponying up for the special raptor show. Entertaining, but given the overall ticket price, should have been included in the regular admission. Definitely a turn off to have paid a steep ticket price for a relatively small place and then be expected to donate even more for the "privilege" of interacting one-on-one with the birds. Surprised the place is certified by the Zoo professionals.
