We were there for a family wedding. We booked (confirmed) a king size bed but received 2 double beds. My mother-in-law had booked (confirmed) 2 double beds and when she arrived she was told there was no room available for her. She had been "bumped". After an hour of stressful discussing of the situation, she miraculously got a handicapped king room. We ended up staying in that room since she had wanted 2 double beds. The shower situation in the room was horrible. Water went all over the entire bathroom. I have stayed in handicapped rooms before and the showers were designed quite differently such that watere did not go all over the floor. Also, an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. We learned that someone else got the handicap room and refused it which is why we didn't get the original room we wanted. Doesn't a confirmed booking made 2 months in advance mean anything ?
Our breakfast omelets tasted horrible. The bacon in them was burnt. Overall, it was not a good experience.
