Not what I've come to expect from the BW name. From the outside it looked fine, and although it appeared clean, it was outdated and in dire need of updating. Upon arrival, the man behind the desk, while he wasn't rude, he wasn't terribly friendly either. He failed to tell us where and when breakfast was, when check out was, or even if there was a wifi password (nevermind a simple "Welcome to BW Quakertown.). The room, although it looked clean, there was a strong musty odor. We thought maybe it was just stale air, so we turned on the AC unit, however, that only made it worse. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a table and chairs for dinner in. The next morning, breakfast was disappointing. What few choices were available, were made even fewer because they weren't restocked. If you are gluten-free, your choices consist of an apple or a fruit cup. The rest of us could make our own waffle, eat stale cereal or a prepackaged muffin. However, the woman working breakfast was doing a good keeping the food areas clean. When we got back to the room, and I got in the shower, I had two choices in temperature, scalding hot, or freezing cold. Check out was more of the same as check in, without even a simple, "Thank you for choosing BW". We've stayed in dozens of BWs across the country in the past few years, and while sadly this wasn't the worst of them, I wouldn't stay there again.
