I went in for Sumatra coffee beans. The package was changed and I could not find the beans in the store. I then stood in line for assistance. The girl behind the counter was friendly and took the time to go thru the coffee beans with me. She explained that the package for Sumatra coffee beans was recently updated and I was not the only customer who got lost in finding it. The way she put it made me feel that I was not a fool not to notice the writing on the new package. What a great experience I had in this store.
