“Fun girls weekend”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

We had a girls weekend if shopping and going to the Casino. Tanger has a variety of shops to offer. For kids and adults, casual to business attire along with many other variety stores. We visit at least 3 times a year. Can't wait to go back!

“Nice selection but stores always close down”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 via mobile

There's always a great selection but stores are always closing down and new ones come in and don't stay for long most of the time. But the ones that do stay are great like american eagle, old navy, nike, etc. there's also an auntie Anne's with amazing pretzels!

“Nice outlet selections”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

Tanger is easy to get to, about 25 min. south of Pittsburgh off of rt. 79. They have many shops and a great variety. Sales are often, and worth searching out. Go to the customer service and sign up and receive even more coupons for further discounts. There are all the name stores mostly clothing, but some others as well.
The website lists them all. Only trouble is that it is not covered, access is from outside for all the stores. So winter can be a bit challenging. And because it is located on top of a hill, it does get windy. Dress warmly.

“Worth the extra drive......”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

For us living in Southern Ontario, a well known shopping spot is "Grove City". I used to think it was the greatest thing. But by chance, I have found my new favourite place to pick up the latest bargains when travelling back from the USA.

The Facts:
-Tanger Outlets of Washington PA is 1 hour further south from Grove City.
- Excellent grounds layout, so you are sure not to miss a single store.
- Lots of room & never feels crowded
- Great selection of retailers and even better sale prices
-Plenty of hotels to accomidate
- Casino & Resaurants within walking distance

It is well worth the extra hour drive time, and my new diggs for USA shoppin'

“Good bargains for the savvy shopper”
Reviewed 13 March 2014

I have a friend who lives very close to the outlets, so I visit from out of town 4 or 5 times a year. Here’s the quick info:
• You will be walking outside to get from store to store. Dress warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The outlet is on a hill, so it’s very windy.
• Check online for printable coupons for the stores before you go, both on Tanger’s site and the store’s site. A little research can save you a lot of money!
• Pick up a coupon book at guest services. If you plan on doing some shopping, mostly likely, it will save you some dough. Unless you’re a Tanger or AAA member, it will cost you for the book- $5 or $10 (I can’t remember) but you can easily make that up in one purchase.
• Some stores take AAA discounts, like Gap and Banana Republic. If you don’t have the coupon book or meet the minimum, don’t hesitate to ask.
• Most prices are the same as in the retail stores. A few notable exceptions are to be found on the clearance racks, particularly at Timberland, Eddie Bauer, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Children’s Place. Again, when combined with a coupon, you can snag some REALLY good deals, but you usually have to do a bit of looking.
• It’s easy to get turned around in the circular layout. Grab a map on your way in to keep track of where you’re going.
While you can find some “outlet” bargains, this basically equates to a big, outdoor mall. However, that doesn’t stop me from going each and every time I’m in town. I would recommend a stop to anyone.
