We've stayed in many bed and breakfasts and this one was exceptional. The owner, Pat, has gone above and beyond to create a beautiful, homelike environment, full of special small touches with a very high-end feel. Pat is a smart, engaging hostess -- and a terrific cook as well!

Pat, the owner and innkeeper of beautiful Faunbrook, graciously and warmly invites her guests to experience a truly comfortable, and pleasurable stay. The moment I called and spoke to Pat about my interest and which room to accomodate I was surely confident that it was going to be a beautiful weekend. The Darlington room was so plush in comfort and elegant in decor. Of course Pat' friendly and true spirited personality with her passion for Faunbrook greatly contribute toward a true and personable bed and breakfast experience. Thanks Pat for a memorable stay at lovely Faunbrook !

Sincerely,
Maria Fiorello

This was our second time at Faunbrook, the service is phenomenal! The breakfast is so wonderfully put together and delectable!. The Inn itself is so enchanting - you feel the history all around you as well as it being a beautiful site to take in. We had attempted other B&Bs in the area and none could compare. Faunbrook beds are like clouds and the rooms put you in a place all your own. The wine trails are all close by and we enjoyed a different place for dinner- each time a new experience in downtown Westchester. I can't wait to go back each year. A definite diamond in the rough!

My Mom and I stayed at Faunbrook recently and had an awesome time! We just happened to get into town in time for a fireworks show at beautiful Longwood Gardens (---), just a few miles away. Illuminated fountains danced to music, while fireworks exploded in the sky, and thousands watched together. Longwood Gardens is celebrating its 100 year anniversary, so really went all out. When we got to Faunbrook, after watching the fireworks, we enjoyed a good night's sleep in the well appointed and charming Elizabeth's Room. Breakfast the next day was delicious and we much enjoyed sipping coffee, eating tasty poached pears and speaking with the other guests and Pat. After breakfast, we headed to Kennett Square for the Mushroom Festival. A crowd pleaser for all ages. We the "grown ups", for example, bought finger puppets. Then, we stopped by a yard sale (and scored!) and, later, a farm on the way home to New York, where folks can pick their own peaches or enjoy the pumpkin patch.
We thoroughly relaxed (and took some great pictures!) I highly recommend a stay at Faunbrook. Many thanks to Pat and hers...

We just spent one very special night at Faunbrook. Pat was waiting for us when we arrived and her love and enthusiasm for her beautiful house were evident immediately. She took us on a mini tour and brought us up to speed on breakfast times and how to operate the front door.
We were encouraged to use the house and mingle with the other guests. There are almost two acres of landscaped grounds and you are free to wander them at will.
We had the Percy Suite and we had a fabulously comfortable bed and a room that boasted a working gas fireplace, a tv with vcr , a sofa and this was just in the bedroom. We also had a sitting room and a very pretty all white bathroom.
After a great nights sleep we enjoyed meeting the other guests in the dining room while we feasted on a cheese omelet, grapes, orange juice, yogurt, coffeecake and plenty of fresh coffee.
We left reluctantly with hopes of returning here again soon. Thank you Pat for all your suggestions and for a wonderful stay.
