I Give this four stars based on overall experience. Food is quite average, and played out. Same main menu for quite ahwile with blending flavors that are al missing that extra touch to take it to the next level. What makes me give out the rare Dub C 4 dots, 1 above average, is the overall atmosphere, good drinks, and laid back scene. Happy hour is awsome during the week. Food is consistantley consistant which is good to know. You know its gonna be the same each time you visit, and thats's good, not very good, not excellent, but good. The drinks and atmosphere put it a notch above every restaurant in West Chester.
