Sorry, you just cannot win when they do not understand or care about your complaints. I just recently found that I like sushi, so now that I can order with the gang from work... I do :) A LOT! LOL I was addicted, until today, I'm finnaly over that. And OVER them!
Day one, my $4.95 roll with + cream cheese, and no seaweed (which means they use soy paper) should have been $4.95 + .50 + 1.00 for a total $6.45 I asked... Day one it was 9.95, day two it was 7.95, and Sunday (Suchi Sunday means half price) it was $6.30, that would mean $12.60 regular.... what the heck... I ask, I tell them I have the receipt from the other deliveries, I argue, no luck, they play like they don't understand and you want it you pay. OMG. So then yesterday I got the $6.95 price but it was only 5 pcs in place of the usual 6 and now they also jamming them in small styrofome containers. Same today, but on the reciept it says Orig price 6.95 and over that next to the description it says 8.45. Even after I outright asked her the price (total in full) for just that one roll. I was going to let it go and just be done with them until I found that something in my roll was moldy. The strong taste gagged me so I had to pull it apart and now, no worries, I will never eat there again!
These people have some problems. 1. when you call to place an order you have to allow 15 mins, they place you on hold forever, even answer ringing phones and take orders within ear-shot, if they don't understand, they will give the phone to someone else and when that person takes your order, they will not have the whole beginning of the order you gave before the call was handed off... wait times are way too long, even if you request a time that is 90 mins later to accomodate certain lunch times. And the best of all was today a woman brought the order, late as usual, but had no change! She pretended like she was looking for her purse too, really? That was it for me, I purposely gave her change to make the bill and took the $5. back leaving no tip b/c she was dumb enough to take me for stupid.
Do yourself a favor, there is no shortage of sushi or habachi in this area... 10 mins south on 315 is Mirukoya and to the left of that is Mizu.. message me if you want any other recommendations.
