We were in the area to see a concert on 10/22 (The show was awesome at the Kirby). We had checked on line for a nice restaurant and found the Isabella. It looked more like a bistro on their web site. It's with a athletic club in a building along the busy road. Greeting was fine, service was fine, food was lack luster. Nicely dressed young men at the bar telling dirty tales to our server. Guess they were regulars and this was ok. We started with wine, good, should be for $9 a glass in Wilkes Barre. Caesar salad was just limp and bland. Not sure how you can do bland with anchovy, lemon, egg and parm but they managed. The salmon was boring and without flavor. My companion had the pasta with crab meat that he liked but I thought it was rather pre-made tasting. 2 wines, 2 entrees and two small salads with tip were over $100. Sorry but this was not worth the effort or the money.
