“Take out Hot Hot Hot”
Reviewed 17 April 2014 via mobile

Never had take out so hot and good. Had an onion peporoni sausage (Italian) mushroom par excellance. All the other pizzas with different ingredients were the same hot and flavorful good crust not hard and cooked right. Chain pizza joints eat your cheese out you don't come close to this mom and pop shop.

In a few words - must do this one or you will regret it!

“Absolutely the Best Pizza in the Area”
Reviewed 6 February 2014

As newcomers to the area, we relied on TripAdvisor to identify a good pizza place. Tried Gerry's and loved it. Tried a few other places over the next few months. Now Gerry's is our family's exclusive take-out pizza place. Absolutely fantastic pizza at a great price. Generous with quality toppings, tasty crust, and not too greasy. Try the sweet sauce -- you won't go back. No frills interior with adequate seating, but we usually just use the drive-thru window. Location isn't in the best neighborhood, but you likely won't even get out of your car. The driveway is close enough to the intersection that getting in and out can be a challenge to your patience sometimes. That's the only real negative, which is far, far, far outweighed by the food. Love it!

“Not a fancy place, but the Best Pizza ! ! !”
Reviewed 24 November 2013 via mobile

Read to the end, I LOVE this place !

My family of 5 'dined in' on a Saturday evening around 7PM. The vast majority of customers called ahead and ordered their pizza to go.

This is a small place - four tables (two six seaters and two four seaters.)
Flat screen TV mounted high up on the wall. Decor: Cheaply framed posters of Italian memorabilia. They also sell thier T-Shirts and Sweatshirts, which are displayed on the wall too.

You seat yourself, get your drinks from the cooler and order your pizza at the counter. When it's ready they'll bring it out to you with paper pates and napkins.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Pizza is the only menu item (choose from 20 toppings) - no side salad, bread or pasta dinners.

The staff was super friendly and the service very good. As mentioned, the Pizza is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !

What I love about this place (almost as much as I love their pizza) is that they are an iconic example of an American pizzeria. Servicing a neighborhood miles from the interstate and big shopping districts. But very busy because they've got the best pizza in the area, and all the locals know it !

I highly recommend this diamond in the rough.
