We really enjoyed this tour. The guide was very informative. The factory was so clean. You wear an ear piece so you can hear every thing the guide is telling you. We did the free tour, but they also offer a long more in depth tour which they call the steel toe tour. That tour was about $30 per person. We thought the free one was great though!

great tour. it is amazing how the bikes are made. Robots and people to run the robots. The tour is a hour or you can do the steel toe tour which takes you closer to see the process/ it is free

We were in town to celebrate our anniversary. My husnad loves his Harley. I thought it would be great to visit the Harley plant. Well it didn’t work out that way. The lady on entering the facility was very nice and directed us the desk to fill out a form. The man at the desk hardly spoke looked at my feet and said you can’t go in. Very rude and no personality at all! I encouraged my husband to go on the tour without me since we went over a hour out of our away to go on the tour. It was time for the tour and found out his card said 10:30 instead of 10. So we asked the rude gentleman if he could go at ten since I would have to wait a hour and a half in the waiting room. Well this gentleman was more rude then he already had been. “I can’t do it”! We explained again that I would wait the hour but the hour and a half was a lot to ask. He did not care. So we wasted about 2 1/2 hours of our vacation on a rude person. Harley Davidson can surely find a individual with some personality to greet Harley lovers!

A great tour. Fascinating how they press those great Harley styles out of a flat piece of sheet metal. Quality of work is impressive considering how customize each Harley is as it goes throug their assembly process. Well worth the time.
