We came for a weekend getaway of snow tubing and ice skating with a Disney Radio show thrown into the mix for the kids. We specifically booked one of their King Business Suites with a separate king bedroom for privacy from out kids who would sleep on a pull out sofa. Upon arrival it was a bit disappointing that the hotel was right on the highway and a fairly built up area. It was not a ski lodge type of setting but a snow tubing run built onto the golf resorts driving range. This place is a golf club most of the year and a part time snow tubing joint the rest of the year, but they do it up real nice with bonfires at the base of the hill. The first thing we noticed in the lobby was that it seemed like a hotel run by kids. Everyone at the front desk was 20something, not as friendly as they should be and a bit scattered. The room was nicely appointed and decorated to current standards with nice larger flat screens in both rooms. While the rooms were nice we found it odd that there was a space heater in the bathroom. Later I figured out why. The heater for the unit only had vents in the living area, not the bedroom or king sleeping area. So you had to leave the door open to get hot air into the bedroom which defeats the whole reason of having a privacy door, not that it mattered much since it was only a non locking sliding door. To top it off we had no comforter on the king bed or sheets/blankets for the pull out. There was also one light bulb out, not exactly out, it was completely missing in the bathroom so obviously it was taken out but never replaced. The shower was barely a trickle of water, very weak water pressure with low flow shower heads that were made for people about 5'8" and under. The bathroom was spacious, quality was above average but not luxurious. The toilet was one of those power assisted low flow ones, they don't do such a great job. The bathroom mirror frame was falling off the wall, it had apparently been fixed before since it was barely held on with double sided tape. The suites face the highway not the golf course so the view was terrible and you got to hear the sound of the highway which was only noticeable in the morning, our room was also right next to the elevator too. Fortunately we were tired from tubing and the beds were super comfy....that is after the front desk brought us up a comforter. The food we had for the dinner buffet was adequate, barely, the buffet breakfast the next morning was better but not spectacular. Good but not great. Overall it was a good value. While I might say eat somewhere else I'd say considering the location you weren't going to find much better food elsewhere anyways and it is convenient. It was a very child friendly place, good for a family getaway. The Disney show was weak but the kids did have a good time. The tubing runs were open to 11 or 12 pm, as was the arcade which was a couple of miles away on the backside of the golf course.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the golf course side of the hotel, this would prevent you from getting placed next to the elevator too.

Staying at Heritage Hills for our anniversary was a great idea! My wife and I each took advantage of the Spa after playing a round of morning golf on their challenging course. Had happy hour drinks at the pub and hung out on the gorgeous patio watching people come up the 18th green. We never had to leave the grounds all weekend! Enjoyed the views and the friendly staff. Looking forward to our next visit!

We bought the Spa Get Away package with a King Whirlpool room. With 2 restaurants indoor accessible, spa, tubing and ice skating it was an excellent choice for a mini vacation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the whirlpool with complimentary bubbles was great. I had the deep tissue massage and spa manicure. The deep tissue massage was excellent! They make every effort to assure you have a calming experience with the music, low lights and candles. The masseuse was considerate in not being talkative and allowing me to enjoy the peaceful experience. The spa manicure was good, with exception of the polish used. It started chipping within 24 hours. The nail technician was very attentive, personable and very precise. It was apparent the Spa employees took pride in their work. We hope to go back and take our family.

Room Tip: Rooms on top floor looking over the golf course provide excellent views!

My daughter got married on the grounds at Heritage Hills that overlooks the pond and golf course on a lovely Saturday in October. Several of us checked in to the hotel Friday evening to make a weekend of it. We began the weekend with dinner in Ironwoods. Saturday morning several of the girls in the wedding party had hair appts in the salon located in the Spa. My daughter had reserved the incredible "Masters Suite" for the weekend which has two story, floor to ceiling, windows overlooking the grounds...which was also where the bridal party gathered for a continental breakfast Saturday morning and dressing for the wedding and some pre-wedding photos. The grounds were so beautifully manicured with lovely autumn flowers planted around the Terrace Room where the Saturday evening reception was held. The food was delicious and the ambiance in the Terrace was spectacular! Sunday morning we ended the weekend with the brunch buffet in Knickers. I really can't say enough about how great it was to have everything we needed on the premises. It was really the perfect place, a beautiful wedding and fabulous weekend. I highly recommend it!

My girlfriends and I meet at Heritage Hills a few times a year for dinner, drinks and conversation. In the warmer months the outside deck is the spot to be for happy hour any day of the week. Even when it gets a little chilly, there is an outdoor fireplace to keep you warm.

During my most recent visit, we celebrated a friends birthday in the pub and were able to find a nice semi-secluded area for the festivities. We will definitely be back!
