Twin Oaks is a mainstay restaurant and is probably one of the best known restaurants in RI. Menu is extensive with large selection of steak, seafood and Italian meals. I will usually order either the Filet Mignon or Provimi Veal Parmesean. This last visit it was the steak. As usual, it was terrific. I like the pasta, so I'll almost always order that with the steak rather than veggies and potato. There a number of appetizers to pick from and I had stuffed cherry peppers this last visit. The chicken soup is usually good and was this last time. There have been times when it seems a little watery. Service is usually good and was this last visit. They will usually accommodate a ressonable substitution request and there is a "seniors" section on the menu for smaller portions. Alcoholic drinks are generous and made by competent bartenders. There are two bars that you can eat at if you choose. It is usually difficult to find a bar seat depending on time of day.
