“They have lost their Touch”
Reviewed 14 December 2012

After getting a gift certificate and being shocked at how bad it was, I went back for the memories I had as a child. I can not for the life of me figure out what these people are doing. The fish tasted very old, that after taste you get when fish is kept to long. The fries -a shadow of what they were, yet this place is still here. How can you serve fish with that stale old funny taste, bad fries and just not even passable if you use the very least standards, maybe it will take someone getting sick!!! These can not be the original folks because they cared too much to let it become this! I guess I have gotten it out of my system but everytime in the future when I pass by it -I will with a sense of extreme sadness for what it once was!! TOM G.

YUCK!! I love fish and Chips, usually! They serve there in newspaper (GROSS!!) and it's overly fishy smelling/tasting.

“RI Landmark for Fish and Chips..”
Reviewed 14 August 2012

Stadium has been around since my parents.. At least 50 years or so. You walk up order your fish and chips.(Hand made fries). The fish and chips are ok but they don't change the oil enough and can get funny tasting.

“The Last of The Breed”
Reviewed 3 August 2012

This place goes back to the days of the only Wednesday and Friday fish and chips places (for 50 cents) in every neigjhborhood in the Providence area. Still fresh battered and fried fish, hand cut fries, and wrapped in newspaper. You would not do better in London if you could still find a fish and chip place.

The fish and chips are great.....nice and crispy. We can walk to Stadium and for years have enjoyed getting our orders to go or sometimes eating them there.
