It was the last day of 2012 and we decided to head down to the western to try some of their highly rated pizza. As happens so many times, neither of us ordered pizza as the other menu items sounded interesting.I ordered the spicy chicken and pasta dish and my wife tried the pork shank. Both meals were absolutely delicious. The portions were extremely generous and both of us were too full for desert. We also had the added bonus of a nice chat with one of the chiefs who told us the history of the family restaurant. They have been serving food for about 29 years! All in all it was a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours on new years eve.We are going to head back soon and make another attempt at the pizza!
