“This is more of a Bar/Cafe”

Good food, tried Stuffies and they were good. Staff was nice. Atmosphere is more of a bar area, but acceptable for kids.

“Great venue for live music”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 June 2013

If you need to eat somewhere in Jamestown, there are better choices than here. If you do decide to dine here.....well, you've been warned. However, what they do have is one of the best venues for live music in the state. There is always a rotation of really good local bands that makes for a fun evening out.

“Not for breakfast”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 May 2013

My husband and I happened to stop by this place one morning while walking through Jamestown. From the outside it looked like a nice "Cafe" when you walk inside you realize it's a bar.... that happens to serve breakfast. There were other people there so we decided perhaps the look is deciving and the food is good. We were wrong. We were seated at a table (by the ONLY person working the restaurant) and found our table to be very wobbly. When the waitress came by she asked "oh did you get a wobbly table?" to which we replied "yes" and she just walked away. Despite the fact that she did not offer to move us, the rest of the tables were quite dirty so we decided to stick it out. The coffee was poor and we had to take the sugar from the next table over as there was none on our table - nor were we offered any. The next person who sat down next to us had to ask for it back becauce he was not offered any either.

I ordered the french toast with a side of homefries and my husband ordered a breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. You would think that it wouldn't take half an hour to make our meals but it did. When the food finally arrived my french toast was more like soggy bread and the home fries were cold. My husband said his sandwich was okay but the english muffin was a little burned. We decided not to take our chances in sending the food back and ate what we could. The syrup almost seemed watered down. I asked for the check in the midst of the meal hoping to get out of there faster. Our bill came to $25 for a breakfast sanwich, french toast and side of homes fries and 2 coffees. Did not seem worth it.

“Good food,great music”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 May 2013 via mobile

Stopped in by luck one day while visiting Beavertail. We happened to drive by and heard the music playing. Good bar food at good prices. A great blues band was playing and plenty of people were dancing. Seemed like a lot of local regulars. They have bands every weekend. Friendly help, good food and great music make this a great weekend stop. We will definitely be back to listen to the great bands. Give it a try you won't be sorry.
