My new husband and I stayed in the pet-friendly suite with our two dogs for 3 nights during our elopement. The pet friendly suite is an addition to the main house with its own entry and parking. We were looking to elope without a lot of "hoopla" and found that here. The town hall was within walking distance to the Inn and Seely, the innkeeper, is an officiant! She also provides a beautiful cake, champagne, and beautiful bridal bouquet with the elopement package. She was very flexible with her time and locations for ceremonies. Breakfasts were delicious: fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, eggs, pancakes, & coconut french toast. Blueberry Cove has a great location as well: walking distance to the beach, the Narragansett Towers, and many restaurants, and shops. Very dog friendly area! Can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Pet friendly suite has 2 bedrooms, (1 with King size bed and the other with 2 single beds), living r...

We stayed in the pet friendly suite. The suite smelled musty and was very outdated. The kitchen needed a fresh paint job and molding!!! The cabinets did not even have doors! The transition between two of the rooms had pieces of wood that didn't even fit the size, weren't nailed down properly and looked like they came from some scrap wood out back. The bathroom also needed some fresh paint on the walls and the rusty heating cover. The fireplace had three pieces of wood in it and an EMPTY basket beside it!! ( not nice and full to enjoy a fire for an extended period of time). The televisions were small and old! No flat screens there!! As I have described this place needed some finishing touches obviously. For 200.00 dollars a night I was disgusted and wanted to leave as soon as we got there. On the upside, breakfast was good as long as you could look away from all the clutter around you...

I'm sorry the guest was so unhappy. The Hideaway has been closed for renovations since her visit. Although she is unlikely to return we are addressing many of the issues she mentions.

Our stay at the Blueberry Cove Inn was the best overnight stay experience we have ever had, be it at a hotel, motel, B&B, or otherwise. The Inn's location, value, decor, atmosphere, owners' passion, comfort, and breakfast the following morning were simply beyond our expectations of the classic American B&B. We were driving to Rhode Island from Baltimore via NYC and arriving in the late evening on a wet and cold Saturday in January, didn't have high hopes of finding reasonable accommodations along the RI coastline, our main objective. One call corrected that. Our brief conversation was a pleasure - and we were happy to find her waiting for us in the main living room. We loved our room, and that every detail regarding amenities had been thought of. Simply put, you cannot go wrong with reserving a room here: to be specific, we greatly appreciated the bathrooms' cleanliness; the bed and bath linens, furniture, carpets, curtains, etc were all clean. Even the fan blades shone in the lamplight. My exacting wife had to scratch her head to come up with anything that needed improving. Rest assured - its not for nothing that this place has been in business before your college-age kids were born.

Room Tip: Make sure you reserve your rooms well in advance; we were fortunate with our on-the-fly reservation...

My husband and I stayed at the Blueberry Cove due to the great ratings, which we understood once we stayed there. We stayed in the Hideaway Suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi. We could not have been happier. The ambiance of the suite was lovely and relaxing. Seely, the Innkeeper, provided us with excellent service. As part of that, each morning she made each guest a large, delicious, customized breakfast. The Inn has a secluded feeling; however, you are right around the corner from the beach. We ate dinner one night at Turtle Soup, which is right down the street, and has an incredible view of the ocean. Narragansett is very quiet in the winter, and so it is a perfect place for a romantic, relaxing getaway. The miles and miles of beach, as well as the Black Point Tide Pools, are lovely to walk upon. You can then come back and relax in the inviting atmosphere of the Blueberry Cove. We will definitely be back, and would recommend it to individuals, couples, or families with children. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and there are two smaller beds in the next bedroom. There is a nice yard which includes a fish pond. The inside and outside of the property are inviting and the stay is lovely!

Room Tip: Ask for the Hideaway Suite! It is lovely and large.

We stayed with Seely at the Blueberry Cove Inn for our wedding. The Inn is a great older house, nicely decorated and restored. It has a very large dining room and a great, spacious and very comfortable parlor area for chatting, reading, etc. Breakfasts are outstanding, freshly and creatively prepared and served hot at the time requested with lots of choices offered. Seely is very knowledgeable about the area, venues, dining, history, etc., and is in all ways the gracious hostess. She is generous with her time and readily available but also non-intrusive. The Inn is just a short walk from The Towers, Beaches, etc. We were entirely pleased and could not have made a better choice.

Room Tip: Any of the rooms in the main house are very nice, each with its own color scheme and theme. It's...

Seely goes above and beyond to make your stay/occasion special. We were there for our elopement and she took care of everything. She was so attentive to our needs, to make sure our day was as joyous and memorable as it could be. We are forever grateful and Blueberry Cove now and forever holds a special place in our hearts.

My son and daughter in law were married at The Towers in July 2013. It was a wonderful wedding. They have vacationed in Narragansett for many years and have always stayed at The Blueberry Cove Inn. Now I understand why. The owner, Seeley, welcomed all of us to her victorian home with open arms. The rooms were all very clean and very comfortably decorated. Most of the bedrooms had private bathrooms. Ours was down the hall but we didn't mind because it was spacious and we had it all to ourselves. I can't say enough about our experience here. The front porch was so nice to sit on in the evening after dinner and the parlor is nice too if it is too chilly outside. The breakfasts were awesome. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again when I am visiting. Seeley made us feel like we were family. The staff that she has cleaning and serving were all wonderful and very helpful. I can't say one bad thing about our experience here.
