This is a great place to stay the night before a flight. Cab was waiting in the very early a.m. for us. Van came quickly to pick us up at the airport upon return. Will stay again. The rates are the best! Good for business people.

What I mean by that is, at this hotel, you get a kitchen AND a bed. Not bad. I stayed here twice within a week's time, on either end of a trip up to Boston via TF Green Airport. While mostly geared for longer term business travelers (I was on a pleasure trip), I nevertheless liked the "peace and quiet" factor, as opposed to other hotels located out on the Post Rd "strip" that might suffer from more airplane and street traffic noise and perhaps, noisier guests. Yes, it's a little off the beaten path, but I actually liked that. It had less "cookie cutter" and more "retreat" built into it. The room was cozy and comfy, clean and nicely appointed, though I did find someone's t-shirt in one of the closets, but it was on a top shelf and probably something easily missed by a room cleaner. I slept through the free continental breakfast on my first visit, but last Wednesday morning, I did get up in time to score some toast, jelly, and a lonely cheese pastry. It wasn't all that memorable, but it did fill my tummy as I headed out to the airport. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. There is an outdoor hot tub that I might have liked to enjoy, but it was closed for repair. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk people were great, too.

we had a wonderful stay. we were there on business. the staff was very helpful. they were wonderful as to giving directions to different locations we needed to go to. the hotel was very well taken care of and quiet. it was nice to go to work and come back to your room and be able to relax without alot of noise and get a good nights sleep.

I travel with my small dog and it is difficult to find hotels that accept pets. The staff went out of their way to make sure Molly and I were very comfortable. They even had treats for Molly when we would pass by the desk.
Diane is a very special front desk person and always recommends the best restaurants around Providence.
The area seems very pricey as far as hotels go but Homestead was reasonably priced.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Pretty much meant for people on short term assignments who need cooking facilities but not alot of amenities. It is located in an office park, not too far from the airport. Because people are there for extended stays, there is a definite cooking odor in the hallways. They don't have vending machines but there is a small commissary with $2 candy bars and other items - better to make a trip to the store. The room had one queen bed and a pull out couch. The bathroom is small and closes with a pocket door. Comes with only 1 small bar of saop. Nothing spacious but acceptable. Again, it's made for people who will be staying awhile and buying their won supplies. Housekeeping comes once a week so if you stay less, you're on your own although they will gladly give you more towels. Spent 2 weekday and 2 weekend nights here. The suites have a kitchen area with stove, microwave, dishwasher and full refrigerator. DIdn't find out the dishwasher was broken until we returned to find a dishwasher full of dirty dishes with now baked=on food because it heated up but never filled with water. They do not provide detergent for the sink or dishwasher. There were quite a few of those teeny black ants around the couch area. They do not provide breakfast on the weekend. The weekday bakfast was ok, not up to what you would find at a Fairfield or Hampton. The staff was very friendly and accomodating (we checked in to a plugged toilet and they were willing to move us but a plunger did the trick). For under $40 a night on priceline, it was well worth it.
