Lovely Restaurant, Magnificent Location, Wonderful Service ! But a limited Menu which can often be a good thing. However when a particular Salad or Main Course or Dessert has 4 or 5 accompanying "sides" it appears that the Chef has a buffet table in the kitchen and adds a smidge of this and a smidge of that. i.e. my Wife's fish entrée had one little cooked cherry tomato, a smidge of cooked (spinach ,kale ?) and other bits I can't recall. similar with my Duck entrée.
Example: The Meyer Lemon Tart dessert had a crust with poppy seeds, two merengue shaped kisses. two small scoops of fruit sherbert and was drizzled with chocolate sauce. The Lemon Tart was delicious and needed perhaps a drizzle of Rasberry or Chocolate sauce, nothing more.
This is one person's opinion on that few ingredients well done is better than lots of "stuff"
There is no faulting the quality, and you do pay for it as well as the marvelous service and facility.
