“A very good dinner...”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 via mobile

We were looking for a good seafood place we hadn't been to before and this place fit the bill for my family and I. While the shrimp cocktail appetizer rated average, the bacon wrapped shrimp was delicious with green beans and red rice. My eldest son chose the catch of the day - Grilled swordfish - over shrimp with green beans. The swordfish came out hot off the grill and was light and flaky. Perfectly prepared. My wife enjoyed the Shrimp BLT which she found tasty. The youngest son tends to be a picky eater an stayed with a standard grilled chicken sandwich. Overall the service was prompt and attentive, the food was served with little wait time, and the atmosphere was quiet and laid back on a Sunday night allowing for casual conversation.

“Good seafood and good portions”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

I really enjoyed my Shrimp dinner. My husband got a combination of oysters, fish and scallops. He commented that all was very good except the oysters. They were VERY small.

“So-so”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

Service was excellent but the food was just OK. The shrimp had more breading than shrimp. One plus is it's a "Coke" restaurant rather than Pepsi!!

“Average at Best”
Reviewed 6 July 2014 via mobile

Party of six - The crab dip was pretty good however pita chips weren't the best for the dip. She crab soup was not impressive would definitely not recommend. The scallops were very good. Oyster Po Boy and crawfish Po Boy were average nothing exceptional. Fried seafood platter was pretty good with the exception of the oysters. I realize oysters are out of season in July. It was very warm in the restaurant not at all pleasant on a July afternoon. There are too many better options in Charleston. I like to try new places sometimes you find a winner but this place didn't meet our expectations.
