Stumbled across this place at lunchtime and entered into an historic, and atmospheric great eatery. The food was exceptional, great fried green tomatoes and very good Philly Cheesesteak. Our server could not have been better, made us feel so welcome.

Our party of three visited early in the evening, and sat in back patio. This was a lively, fun area - glad we choose to sit there. Our server was extremely polite and quick - when he said our meals were on their way I thought it was too quick to be us and he must of had us confused with another table. Sure enough, food followed promptly. We all had burgers, which were great. Had local beers (Holy City) on recommendation of server and we loved them. Seemed to be a lot of locals but we didn't feel like an outsider. Overall a great place to visit for casual meal or drink.

This was a nice surprise after a long hot day in Charleston. Food was good, reasonably priced and pretty extensive menu. Server was not perfect...forgot to bring appetizer, did not remove from the bill, but she was attentive.

Nice pub, absolutely worth a visit.

Spent a late afternoon dining outside in a down-home courtyard. Casual, with above average food (starters like fried-green tomatoes, and fried pickles) to salads (ahi tuni) and Barbecued pulled pork were equally good. Nice selection of beer on tap

Should be on your list of must stop places in town. The Blind Tiger name goes back to the days of prohibition, when people would pay to "see the blind tiger" (which didn't exist) and then get there drink. Charleston natives were very anti-prohibitionist and did love their vices. Great looking pub, good place to stop and get an appetizer. Try the spinach and artichoke dip. Very good. Have a beer! Good selection and served very cold! Great smiles from the staff and great service. Get's busy at night.
