“Another "best meal" in Charleston”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 July 2014

Each time we visit Charleston we have what we think is our favorite dining experience ever. This years honor goes to Blossom. We've walked past Blossom many times since it is near our hotel and never ventured in until this year. The interior is bright and warm and the service was friendly. Based on the variety of foods we selected I think you can pick anything you want on the menu (loved the specials) and you won't be disappointed. Blossom will be on our list next year in addition to our anniversary favorite Hall's.

“had a lovely time and our waitress was excellent”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2014

we went to Blossom on our last night in Charleston and really enjoyed the food. I got the fried shrimp and the remoulade ( spelled?) was awesome. It really made the dish. My family raved about the She-Crab soup and said it was even better then the #1 rated place in Charleston for the soup ( and told our waitress so). The fish that was ordered was so good I kept picking it off my families plate. The crème brulee we had for dessert was awesome ( and believe me I am a fanatic). You could see the vanilla beans and the flavor and consistency was perfect. Our waitress was Glennie and we loved her! I would definitely try it out when in Charelston

“Great Food, Great Atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2014

Blossom was recommended to us from friends of ours that have visited Charleston several times. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very warm, trendy, and inviting. I recommend the small plates if you are looking for a hearty dish with tons of flavor. The ingredients are extremely fresh and you will leave satisfied.

“third times a charm”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 July 2014

my third visit to Blosssom on East Bay street in Charleston was full of hopefulness for a great experience, hoping the last one was an abnormality. this time it really came through. seated as single I did not have to wait a minute even though the dining room was busy. the moules were outstanding as appetizer, the seafood menu was thorough and the service was neat and timely. the amount of space the staff have to work is well thought out and intuitive, and besides, what better way to showcase an open kitchen than a wood fired pizza oven, will definitely return.

“Excellent Dinner”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 July 2014

We weren't very hungry and took advantage of their small plates option . Our dinner was excellent. They offered a very diverse menu from pizza with goat cheese and lamb to scallops with white cheddar grits. Our server was outstanding. She was there when we needed something but not intrusive. Food presentation on the plate was also excellent
