Winding our way up Highway 276 at lunch time we decided to stop at this unpretentious but beautiful rustic stone building that had a busy parking lot. We were seated immediately and served quickly some of the freshest, most reasonably priced food that we had on our trip. The family run restaurant is frequented by locals who know the family on a first name basis. It is obvious that they have a policy to serve their customers more than has been bargained for. Even our two scoops of ice cream turned out to be a much larger portion. My wife and I were thrilled with our good fortune.
