The campus was very large but the students could not have been friendly. Parts of the campus had that old Southern charm about it and other parts were very modern. The campus was buzzing with students engaged in various activities. The career placement center was impressive, as was the main dining room. The school has lots to offer but admittedly our guide said it could take a good 20 minutes to walk from one end of the campus to the other. I believe they also have buses to take the students from campus to downtown shopping areas making it easy for the kids to get around.

Williams Brice Stadium is so cool these days with upgrades in large video screen and addition of more food venues around the stadium. This place rocks! Be sure to make at least one home game this season because seeing is believing!

I was there for a piano festival for the state of South Caroline. Campus is very attractive. The School of Music is right downtown and very near to my hotel.

After dinner, we took a stroll in the "Horseshoe" area of USC. This is the oldest part of the university with buildings dating back to the early 1800's. We liked that each building had markers with information as to when it was built, it's original purpose and other important historical details. The landscaping was beautiful too.

Beautiful campus with lots of rich history! Took a late night stroll with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised by the calmness and beauty of the grounds!
