Since my first visit in October, I keep finding myself looking for reasons to go back to Rioz. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the waitstaff and of course the enormous "salad" bar. The salad bar actually consists of several fine cheeses, prosciutto, sushi, chicken salad, shrimp, beans, rice and more. Once seated, the gauchos came one after another with perfectly cooked meat and delicious cinnamon pineapple. The polenta is some of the best I have ever had at a restaurant and the plantains are also quite tasty. This place will not disappoint by any means. The food, staff, decor and atmosphere are all top-notch. I will definitely be returning to Rioz as often as my budget allows!
