room was not clean on arrival. We had fresh sheets and towels -I think- (2 not 4, though) but room was not done. Dusty, hair in bathroom and pee on toilet, and carpet was so dirty it would leave your feet black after walking on it for just a few minutes. One of the mattresses was sinking down but front desk couldn't give us another room. Breakfast was missing, at least: bagels, grits and scramble eggs.

We will have the head of our housekeeping department set into motion measures that would ensure that our facility is spotlessly clean at all times. As for our breakfast menu, we will work on improving it to provide a better eating experience to our guests. The hospitality was good, but the hotel was in need of a good cleaning. The room smelled of mildew the moment we opened the door. The bathrooms , carpet, and chairs in room were dirty. The comforter on the bed did not match anything in the room, not to mention the artwork. The view from our room was of an abandoned building across the street. The only saving grace was they were very nice, our beds were comfortable and the TV worked.
We apologize for failing to provide you with the accommodation and comfort level that met your requirements. Rest assured, you will have a more satisfying stay with us soon, as we are in the process of renovating our facility and improving our existing amenities.
