The place is clean and, the people are friendly. Chicken, turkey, pork, beef brisket, hamburgers and sides to go along. Hickory, vinegar, mustard and apple are the sauces. For lunch I bought a pound of pulled pork. It wasn't half bad. I came back for supper and got a pound of beef brisket with curly fries. Thumbs up on the brisket it was good. Now this is the sad part. You get four small cups of sauce for a pound but, more is available for purchase. The service is very slow because they take so much time trying to get an exact pound of meat on a digital scale.
