Went in kfc and the manager was arguing with her employee in front of the customers as if it was the customer fault . The employee (cashier) was very polite and nice . I think the manager goes by the name (tan) or something . She really needs to be ashame of herself to carry on like that . Who wants to visit a restaurant like that when the manager can't behave . Please work on her management skills and attitude before you lose all your customers .
