I loved this house! Sure, it needs some work, what house doesn't? Popcorn ceilings in bathrooms are coming off but I was right on the beach so who cares! Getting up early to watch the sunrise from the porch was well worth it. Best fresh caught seafood is right on the island along with a grocery store. Everything you may need or have forgotten is on the island. Not a bad drive to get to Charleston if shopping is your pleasure. Fenced in yard for my dog was so handy. My dog is 8 lbs, a tiny little thing, and the fence is very secure. Outdoor Shower at the end of the steps is quite nice for getting the sand off your feet. I do recommend a fresh coat of interior paint, that would go a long way! Again, I loved this house!
