This tour came highly recommended by a friend that had taken it a few times before. However, the quality and placement of the speaker was absolutely horrible. We probably heard less than 20% of the narrative. We asked the guide to turn up the volume and he said it was at maximum.
The audible quality may have been better if the guide was not speaking so rapidly and holding the microphone too close to his mouth.
It was chilly and when we requested a blanket, as stated in the advertisement, he reluctantly supplied the blanket while stating we shouldn't need it. The tour we took was 3/27/14.
