This Hyatt Place needs maintenance and touch up work. The second floor smells stale - maybe it used to be a smoking floor. The toilet keeps running at random times. The closet door won't close if the hangers are used. The housekeepers keep forgetting to leave fresh towels. The staff is friendly enough, but we won't come back. There are much better choices.

I stayed here with 4 friends for a wedding. It was a 2 room suite, but it seemed more like one big room with two separate areas (beds on one side, living area on the other side and a shared television in the middle.

The breakfast was very, very good for a complimentary breakfast that was not order off the menu. Selection was varied and had both cold and prepared items. They also have a restaurant on site that you can order from and the prices were comparable to what you would pay in a traditional eatery without all the typical fees that would be associated with ordering food from a hotel (for example, a burger and fries is about $9 before tax and there is no delivery fee, extra surcharges etc to have it brought to your room so your $9 meals won't end up totaling $22 :->)

The location was about 2 blocks from the mall, eateries And the highway. About 10-13 min drive to downtown Greenville. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to others and stay there again myself as well.

I loved our stay at the Hyatt! We came in to town for a convention and the hotel was easy to find. There was a good amount of parking and the check-in was very easy. Our room had beautiful modern decorating with a large couch and coffee table, kitchen, and wall divider to separate off the living and sleeping areas. The breakfast was very generous and the boutique style seating was interesting...might suggest to offer more seating options to guests. The only other thing I might have changed was that our room was almost directly across from the elevator and so I could hear people talking who were waiting for the elevator. However since the bed was on the other side of the room by the window, it never woke me up and I slept very well. Thank you so much Hyatt for making our stay in Greenville amazing!

I was heading from NJ to Clemson to move my daughter into college. We decided to stay overnight in Greenville for a short drive the next morning.

Check-in was real quick with a friendly clerk and our room was quiet at the end of the 4th floor. It's always nice to walk into a room and the temperature is appropriately set vs warm or freezing and the room was just right. Like all Hyatt Places I've stayed, the room layout was the same with a large TV.

Room was quiet all night. Woke up and the complimentary breakfast downstairs was well stocked with plenty of choices.

Rate was the lowest I found in a quick search and with AAA it saved another $10 to make it $89+ taxes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for a wedding for 1 night in a king room for under $100 with free hot breakfast and free wifi. The room was spacious with a little separate living room and fridge, huge flat screen TV and of course their beds are always plushy comfortable. Very nice place and easy driving distance to downtown Greenville.
