This was our first experience with Drury Inn and the chain is now our favorite. The level of service for travelers with dogs is beyond anything we have experienced and they treat the humans pretty good too. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were a little soft, but very comfortable nonetheless. We were in Greenville for a dog show and it was just perfect. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good and had plenty of variety, but the kickback in the evenings was wonderful. Talk about happy hour. The only thing I would add is that I would love to see better towels, but I have a thing about towels. There was a softball tournament in town and there were. Lot of girls and their families and sometimes the noise was a little over the top and on one occasion kids were racing through the lobby with no regard for others and without being able to see what was around the corner they were tearing around. The floors were wet as well from all the kids getting in and out of the pool and going to the eating area where the parents had ordered pizza. So out of four (4) nights I was not happy with the environment of the Inn; however, that was more an issue of the parents and the hotel did the best they could shirt of throwing families out of the hotel. I will omega k to this hotel and look for other Drury properties in our travels.

Stayed one night for business. Large group of young female baseball or softball players and their parents were in the hotel so I was a bit concerned there would be a lot of noise at night but I never heard anything. Great welcoming evening snack buffet included 3 adult beverages. I must have gotten one of the last rooms which was some type of business suite that included a board room with a long conference table and a dozen chairs. Fairly odd but it was no issue as the other room was very roomy and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was also above average including real scrambled eggs.

I have stayed at a couple of Drury Inns during my traveling and this one continues to boost my confidence in this hotel chain. It was so convenient to be located right next to Cracker Barrel Country Store, a favorite restaurant chain of mine. Great breakfast, great rooms, and great service.

We only spent one night here but we were very impressed with this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Hannah was very kind and helpful during check in. The grandkids loved the pool area and popcorn. The manager's reception was like a mini buffet. Since we were only staying one night we didn't even leave the hotel until we checked out the next morning. The breakfast was good, the staff was always working to keep fresh food on the line. The room was spacious and clean. The well maintained property and the excellent staff made this a great
choice.

Booked this through Priceline bidding for a quick overnight trip for an event downtown. First time staying at a Drury location, and we were very impressed!

Positives:
Very friendly and professional staff. We asked for a room upgrade and they were able to do it quickly without any problems. Drury throws in many extras for free, including evening manager's reception (dinner and drinks), free hot breakfast (better than most hotels), free popcorn, free wifi, etc. Add the year-round pool/hot tub and clean rooms, and it makes for a wonderful stay.

Negatives:
Hardly anything bad to say about this location, other than their rooms could use some modern decor upgrades.
