Service great - only the food outshines it! Short on parking but you can use the closed businesses' spots. Very reasonably priced also.

coming from an Italian this has to be one of the best little restaurants at a beach resort I have ever been to. The food, service and atmosphere was the best. We were a bit skeptical about eating Italian at Hilton Head coming from Philadelphia but we promise you won't be disappointed. It can be hard to find as it is a small place hidden behind other buildings, but look for it. The best.

We went as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children on our anniversary. The restaurant staff who greeted us named Brian, sat us at a table in the back of the restaurant. We asked him if we could move because there was a draft from the air conditioning blowing on us. Our kids felt uncomfortable and cold. Brian sarcastically said to our son that he should toughen up and rub some dirt on it. We thought that was insulting and disrespectful. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, he told us that all the tables were reserved and couldn't move us. Our waitress, Virginia, then took our order. Then we noticed a few customers being seated, we again wondered why we couldn't move because obviously the tables were not being reserved. So we asked him about this and he immediately stormed away angrily to one of the empty tables and yelled at us from across the restaurant telling us to move there if we want to and did not care to lower his voice at all as if we made an unreasonable or inappropriate request. We felt very embarrassed as the whole restaurant is looking at him yelling at us. So we stayed where we were. Later we realized that he was telling his tables all the specials and our waitress had not. So we asked her and she only mentioned 2 out of the 3 specials. We asked why she did not offer the salmon special to us (which we would have liked) and she said they ran out. But two tables later were seated and again we heard him offering the salmon special to them. At the end of our meal we confronted the waitress again telling her that we just finished eating and still we heard him offering the salmon special to the new tables. To that she did not know what to respond and kind of smirked and said I'm sorry we're all out. That was a complete lie. All in all the experience was horrible, disrespectful and disgusting from Brian and Virginia. I don't know how anyone thinks they can be successful at running a restaurant business on the basis of disrespecting his customers. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and we visit hilton head a lot! We've been to many restaurant in the United States and other countries in Europe and this is the worst service that we have received.

This is our second time eating at Pazzo. The food was tasty. However, I expected better. I think the pasta in the lasagna was overcooked and the fish dish (trout) was not the greatest. Other dishes such as spaghetti with meat balls was fine. We also tried the calamari and was good.

We decided to try Pazzo, again. We went there last year and had a good experience. We did notice that they jacked the prices up a bit. The food was okay,however, we were not impressed. What came as a real surprise was the 18% gratuity already included in the bill. Unfortunately I signed the bill without reading the fine print. So I didn't want to say anything to the waiter. By then, I already tipped the server with about 15% of the total bill. So, be aware.
