This is my "go-to" place when i want to bring my family together and enjoy beautiful surroundings and service. I was a little worried that the hurricane had hurt this charming little place and it might lose its luster..but I'm delighted to say it still shines brightly with the holiday cheer and decor with 1st class service. This time I treated myself to a Butler's bath. Worth every penny! I scheduled it yet ran a little late from dinner . My Butler waited to run my bath so that the water will still be as hot as I had requested. What service!

Room tip: I like the 3rd-floor room close to the gym!

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at this exceptional resort. The 24 hour buffet service was great, as was the lovely service.
Of course, the location and the views are great. We enjoyed a great holiday with golfing and relaxation.

We bought a package deal for Concour D'Elegance weekend which included two breakfasts, one dinner, transportation and tickets to events. Everything was ready when we arrived! The Butlers are amazing and so is the Housekeeping staff! Truly a wonderful experience!

Room tip: all of the rooms are beautiful with extra pillows, deep tub, and hand-written note cards from the staff!

Located in a nice gated community of HHI the hotel is a good choice for a weekend stay or like in our case a shorter business meeting of 2 days. Rooms are nice and complete. The conference center new and very practical. Sometimes the staff - even while the hotel was almost empty - seems overwhelmed with their tasks. Breakfast is taking an hour, check-in takes too long, ... And if you have to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to arrive while the hostess is not taking orders from guests after being seated while the restaurant is entirely empty or if you need to ask the bar tender to come to the table to take the first order on all 3 evenings ... some training of the often too young and too unexperienced staff is necessary.

Love this place so much! Amazing service, people, food, activities, attractions! You name it, they have it! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The views are impeccable! Harbor Town itself is gorgeous and being able to stay there is definitely a treat in itself! Can't go wrong here!
