We ordered lunch here a couple of times while staying at the resort. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but no more so than most quick service lunch places in the area ($7.99 for a bbq sandwich with fries or slaw). It is pretty typical Disney quick service. Not a lot of variety--a few sandwiches, burgers, Caesar salad, hot dogs, chicken fingers. Our Carolina pulled pork sandwiches were flavorful and came with a nice mustard barbecue sauce. The slaw is different from any we have ever had. It is cooked cabbage in a sweet vinegar sauce. Not what we think of when we think of slaw, but it was quite good. Service was pretty slow, but with such a beautiful view of the marsh from the deck, I didn't mind waiting. Of course, the cast members working here were super friendly and helpful, as we have come to expect from Disney. It is only open from 8 - 5 though. It would be nice if it were open later in the evening so resort guests could pick up a quick dinner without having to drive out of the resort, but I guess they don't get enough business at night to make it worth the cost and effort.
