Exactly as shown in the photos. This unit is a very large and well equiped unit with everything that you might need.
The unit is about as far from the beach as you can get in Queens Grant. One of the condo pools is right beside the unit. The deck overlooks the lagoon and has some good views.
We filled the bird feeder at the back of the unit and were amazed by the number and type of bird that came to feed.
Wyndham pre arrival arrangements were great, we received parking passes, door code, internet details in a package well before the rental began.
I booked this condo based on its description, pictures and assurance from rental agent that it was one of the nicest condos they represent. It looks just like the pictures when you get there but once we started to settle in, we realized some shortcomings. We were not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpets because they needed to be cleaned. The rest of the condo was clean on the surface but inside the cabinets, some cookware and utensils, etc. need to be cleaned. Some of the cookware is not safe to use (the tea kettle is rusted). The coffee pot does not work properly. The dishwasher is not bolted to the countertop so when you pull out the bottom rack the whole thing pitches forward. The master bath shower head does not work properly. The TVs are very old. We did not use the one in the master bedroom but the one in the living area did not have a good picture which doesn't bode well when you are there for Thanksgiving and want to watch parades and football. This property is large and with some TLC and updates could be a nice place for a large group except for parking. We were told there was plenty of parking but from what we encountered there could be a real problem. We were there during Thanksgiving week when there aren't as many people on the island (we were told). We were able to park within the spaces allowed but had we come with more than 1 car, there likely would have been parking issues. I can't imagine how the parking works during high seasons.
