“Avoid, there are better options ”

We had stayed in this condo 2 years ago. Back then it was in ok condition and enjoyed our stay there.
Went back this May and a totally different experience.
We were kept waiting past the check in time with the excuse that the condo didn't pass inspection and had to be recleaned.
Got to the condo and it was filthy. The cushions on the outside chairs had black mold on them the table had black dirt all over. There were dead bugs on the floor. The chairs on the deck had rusty arms and were in bad shape. The first night we ate at the outside dining table and the legs on one of the chairs collapsed since they were rusted through, happened to a second chair during our stay. Saw roaches on the counter twice in the morning. The master bath had rust in the tub, a hole in the wall above the hair dryer, water stains on the ceiling.
There is more but I think this gives a good idea of what to expect.
It's obvious the owner is using this as a cash cow. Unless they update the place I would highly recommended finding somewhere else to stay.
