I enjoyed (devoured) the smoked salmon omelet served with sweet potato hash. The salmon, smoked to perfection, was mingled with marinated red onions, capers and fresh dill and topped with a light sauce. At first glance I thought the sweet potatoes might be a bit overcooked BUT, those golden gems had a light crustiness that paired perfectly with the omelet.
Hubby enjoyed the Foothills French Toast that was topped with marscapone and strawberries. It was tasty but my omelet took the blue ribbon.
