“Don't bother”
Reviewed 28 August 2014

The food was very plain in this cute little popular spot. Cake slices are precut and on plates wrapped in plastic. the fried green tomatoes were flavorless.

Stop by for a fun picture in the oversized chair in the front, after that drive on to somewhere better.

Too bad the food was not good cause the service was wonderful.

“Pimento Cheese Heaven”
Reviewed 26 August 2014

Southern Living called this one right. This is the best PBT I have ever had. NO kidding! Pimento, bacon, and fried green tomatoes on Texas toast. KILLER! I highly recommend it. The fried okra and sweet tea were great also.... But the PBT... The menu had a variety of items. Service was great, thank you Christina!

“Lives up to the name”
Reviewed 26 August 2014

Page's Okra Grill lives up to the name. Fried Okra appetizer for the table is cooked perfectly--lightly breaded, tender okra and crispy not greasy, Group of four and we all ordered different food--country fried steak, fried chicken, barbeque and vegetable plate. Everything was cooked to perfection. Collards greens, field peas, mac and cheese, cole slaw and mashed potatoes were delicious. If you're from the south, you'll want to pass on the butter beans and green beans. Make sure you leave room for dessert or get it to go. Best Coconut and Carrot cakes in Charleston. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxed. Servers are attentive and will help you out if you're undecided.

“Great food at reasonable prices”
Reviewed 24 August 2014

This is our second annual IOP vacation and second visit to Page's. The six of us had a variety of dishes from burgers to the grilled tuna special. All were wonderful. Very nice kids menu, too. And the desserts are fantastic. We shared peach cobbler, carrot cake, chocolate cake, and hummingbird cake. Hope to be back again next year.

“An upscale diner with a heavy southern accent”
Reviewed 24 August 2014 via mobile

I'm originally from the diner state so I know a diner when I see one! But as far as diners go, this one is awesome! If you're looking for nuanced health food, stay away. But if you looking for tasty, calorie laden, traditional souther fare then plant your tush in a booth and put on the feed bag!
