We were in Mt Pleasant overnight to do some sightseeing and stayed in a hotel near this restaurant. The sliders are wonderful, and the homemade pimento cheese really makes that burger. I had the patty melt w/ carmelized onions, delicious. It was pretty much the only restaurant open on Sunday night in that area so it was slammed. Service wasn't great, but not for lack of effort by the bartender who was flying solo even though it was so slammed. We didn't try the milkshakes, but they're made the old fashioned way and looked sinfully delicious. If we're back in the area again, we will eat here.

There's a reason why they are consistently voted best burger in the area. I have had the Cuban and the Memphis - both were top notch. We will be back any time we're in Charleston.

Nice and large and cooked to perfection. Many choices and big enough to barely fit in your mouth. Fries are excellent as well, The buns are noteworthy, thus the name of the restaurant.

My wife and I ate lunch here and had a very good burger. There are plenty of burgers to choose from or you can built your own. The size, 8oz, and the trimmings really make it a meal. The homemade mayo, mustard and ketchup really add to the flavor. The sweet potato fries and the onion rings are some of the best I've tasted. Next time we go we plan on splitting the burger and each having a side to avoid overeating.

I went to Sesame yesterday for a late lunch. They were extremely crowded, so we sat at the bar, which was also crowded. The service we received was excellent - the bartender was very plesant, knew the menu, and provided excellent service. We each had the Colorado burger, one with fries, one with onion rings. Each burger was cooked exactly as ordered, and tasted great. The fries were hand cut and seasoned well. The onion rings were also very good. They have a fantastic beer selection too.
