I had to select this hotel because everything in Myrtle Beach seemed to be sold out. It's about a 25 minute drive from the heart of Myrtle but worth it if you don't want to fight with packed restaurants and malls.
I had my room selected for me by the hotel and it was one of the corner suites. It was a GREAT room. The amount of space was incredible. Sofa, king sized bed, separate kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Only thingI didn't like was the bathroom was separated from the bathroom vanity area.
There was a very weird bass-like noise in the room that happened when you stepped into the vanity area. But it was loud. No idea if there were pipes or whatever near there but the vibration was strange. Front desk had no idea what I was talking about.
Close by is the murrell's inlet marsh walk. Lots of restaurants but good luck getting a table or parking. Food is supposed to be great but every restaurant was a 2-2.5 hour wait at 7pm. So, I stayed near the hotel for food options. Lobby always had fresh coffee and tea.
The nice thing about this hotel is that parking near the front door is abundant. If you are a female traveler, you won't have to park around the building at nightMore
