This is a review you have to read in its entirety to get the full understanding. This is a nice hotel. But it's different. It's really condo/apartment building. The units are for sale. There is no lobby. You check in and park across the street and the is key card entrance to the building. There is no restaurant or any of the things you have in a typical hotel. That being said it is very nice. The rooms have higher end furnishings. All oceanfront. The kitchens in the suites are smaller than other suites I have stayed in. They do have maid service and if you required maintainance, which I didn't, you can call the check in building. It is somewhat pricey as it was more expensive than similar howls I priced the same week. The room stated it had 2 queen beds which were really 2 full beds. The front desk insisted they were queens even though I pulled the sheets of a saw "Full" on the mattress. The location is great as it is in the middle of the area where North Ocean blvd and South Ocean blvd meet. Across from Family Kingdom. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Kind of busy at night. The only real amenities are the pool area which was average. No direct walkway to the beach. Pool area is locked at night so you leave the building to walk to the public beach access. This hotel has its pros and cons. Don't know if I would stay there again based on the money I paid. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide on this hotel.
