This is a review you have to read in its entirety to get the full understanding. This is a nice hotel. But it's different. It's really condo/apartment building. The units are for sale. There is no lobby. You check in and park across the street and the is key card entrance to the building. There is no restaurant or any of the things you have in a typical hotel. That being said it is very nice. The rooms have higher end furnishings. All oceanfront. The kitchens in the suites are smaller than other suites I have stayed in. They do have maid service and if you required maintainance, which I didn't, you can call the check in building. It is somewhat pricey as it was more expensive than similar howls I priced the same week. The room stated it had 2 queen beds which were really 2 full beds. The front desk insisted they were queens even though I pulled the sheets of a saw "Full" on the mattress. The location is great as it is in the middle of the area where North Ocean blvd and South Ocean blvd meet. Across from Family Kingdom. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Kind of busy at night. The only real amenities are the pool area which was average. No direct walkway to the beach. Pool area is locked at night so you leave the building to walk to the public beach access. This hotel has its pros and cons. Don't know if I would stay there again based on the money I paid. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide on this hotel.

This Hotel by far is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever visited. My husband and I checked in at 11pm so that was definitely a breeze. We did not have a reservation, however upon check in the wonderful lady that helped us named Theresa was able to get us a 1 bedroom type 11. We were on the 20th floor in room 2007. The elevators were pretty fast, the room was very clean. It definitely has a modern feel with white leather couches and chairs, a paded headboard and flat screen t.v's. I was very impressed. We were in walking distance to everything. I had no problems at all with this hotel as a matter of fact my husband and I will be back this weekend 08/10-08/13. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Oh one thing this hotel is a little pricey . We paid $852.00 to stay from thu-sun (3) nights but overrall worth it .

We had a 2 bedroom corner suite. Great views! Pools & hot tubs very clean. Staff friendly, but of course English was a 2nd language to most. Plenty of parking. This is a very nice place! Would definitely return.

My wife and I have completed another long stay ar this fantastic resort and there is no wonder why it was voted" best on the beach" . The resort is new and modern and all rooms are large and have increadible views of the ocean. Some rooms, like the one we stayed in, had a view of the ocean as well as the city. General manager Ray is on the property every day to keep things running smooth, and the front dest staff lead by Llyn look after any day to day needs that may be required. We once had a small request for a repair and it seemed that we no sooner had hung up the phone and the maintenance staff were there to look after things. I would recommonad this resort highly for a short or long stay at any time of year. Steve and Cathy Canada

so we go every year in may and have gone here 3 times. it has been our favorite place and we know exactly what type of room to get. beds are comfy and its about a 10min walk from the shops downtown. the amusement park is pretty much right outfront and its nice to watch the ferris wheel at night. prices were excellent but have continued to rise which has started to turn us off. we will most likely find a new place this may...so many to choose from!

Room Tip: we have always stayed on the 3rd floor so we can use the stairs.. people seem to wait awhile for an...

A beautiful spot on the ocean in Myrtle Beach. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are Kept up very well. They have indoor and out door swimming pools. A great family vacation spot. What a great place to spend a wonderful vacation. Lots of thing to do, or just to spend time on the beach.

Room Tip: Has different size rooms, for 2 people or a large group

The Mgr. Mr. Ray is clearly about taking good care of his guests! We had an overbook problem @ he kept his word on our future reservations...this place out numbers the local competition when it comes to family oriented ;cleanliness ; and just a joy to spend time their with family and friends! I'm a SC native so understand when we brag about a place like this....it has to be pretty nice! Great Job to the staff and mgmt. For making this a favorite family getaway!!!

Thanks for the wonderful comments. It is a pleasure to hear good things when we live in a world of people who tend to be negative. We will look forward seeing you next time.
