Got to town today and had lunch there and now enjoying the evening live music from our condo balcony at nearby Kingston Plantation. Great service, casual atmosphere, reasonable prices.

Stopped by for lunch after visiting the pier. It's not much to look at but all of the seafood we ordered was delicious. The portions were kind of small for the price not we enjoyed what we had.

This is definitely a casual place with food served in plastic baskets, but prices are comparable to full service restaurants. The shrimp was fresh (per the owner) but the other seafood is not. I will say that the shrimp were delicious. Our biggest complaint was the value. Average entrees were 15 dollars, but portions were small...more like what you would expect at lunch. My 18 dollar meal consisted of five shrimp and one small piece of flounder (with fries straight from the freezer). By the time we adde salads we could have gone to a nicer restaurant and had guns puppies and salads included. Service was terrible...there were only two servers in the entire place. They did their best, but our drinks were only refilled once. Consider checking this place out for a casual lunch, but avoid for dinner.

My family and I were going to visit the Apache Pier to watch the fishermen and the occasional dolphins swimming about. By the time we got there we were hungry and decided to try this place. It seemed to be a local hangout spot. We ordered shrimp, fish bites and chicken tenders. We were absolutely shocked by how delicious everything was! The seafood had a delicate batter crust and was lightly fried. Nothing was greasy which frankly surprised us. The shrimp were so tender, moist and flavorful on the inside and the outside was crunchy and very flavorful. The fish bites were thick nugget-like morsels of fish that were prepared the same way as the shrimp. Unpretentious yet sublime. We were blown away by the quality of the seafood. The chicken tenders were very moist and tasted freshly made. The prices were shockingly low for the quality of seafood that we had. A platter of fish and shrimp was $12.50! Seriously?! Definitely a must. Best seafood in all of Myrtle Beach. We will go back on our next visit.
