Great minor league ballpark. not a bad seat to be found. Concessions were plentiful and reasonably priced. Parking was free and was easy to get in and get out. Had a great time.

I attended the Pelicans 8/1 against game with my 5 year old 6 year kids wife and niece. Seats were good for 13 bucks but hen it goes down hill especially if you bring kids. They have bounce house and a slide ran by high school kids they hit up kids for a dollar on each thing by the time ur done its 10 bucks or more.3 slides or 5 munutes or spin the wheel for a life saver. Then they have a sand area although on this night it was empty they would not allow my kids to go there and dig in the sand for 5 minutes really there was no one there how about you get some common sense and become kid friendly i could see if theres 100 people there the area was empty. Overall it was a 2 for the family. Expect a lot of old people.

We usually visit ball parks while vacationing and found this park to be average. We had great seats and they were purchased "same day". We were disappointed with the parking. There appeared to be ample parking near the stadium but we were required to park a long way from the stadium entrance. Normally, this would be OK except it was raining and we had two infants and a six-year old with us. The game and the entertainment between innings were both good.

As my husband and I were leaving MYR airport, we saw a darling baseball park--home of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (a minor "A" league team affiliated with the Texas Rangers). Subsequently, we attended a game a few days later. The ballpark is clean with lots of good seating. Not only did we enjoy the game but also the entertainment sidelights such as the mascots, trivia, etc. Nice evening out and, oh, by the way, the fried dill pickle slices were a huge hit.

The MB Pelicans provided a fun summer night at the ballpark. It is a nice stadium with plenty of concessions to choose from. Just bring plenty of cash, as concessions are a bit pricey! It is something different to do though and is enjoyable for the whole family. Ticket prices are reasonable. The stadium is in a good, safe area, right across from Broadway at the Beach.
