Stayed in paradise tower for 5 nights was pleasantly suprised since the other hotels I had stayed in before where more expensive and complete dumps. Booked with another couple room was nice and clean so was the property. Good nights sleep staff where excellent..stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. would recommend to anyone looking to book a myrtle beach vacation.
Property - The property itself was great! Had a lot of room. In regards to condo only problem encountered was toilet in master bedroom would not flush properly. View was AWESOME and location was great!!!!!!
Rental agency - We did receive the wrong key code in the last email I received so we were outside door for 30 or more minutes trying to get in.
Resort - The Breakers did not completely honor us as guests we were noted as private renters which meant we did not get available code for WiFi. When we asked we were told it was on keycard, we told them we didn't have keycard but the room staying in and it was not offered. Also, I called before going and told them we would need a crib for infant (listed as free on Breakers site). I let them know I was coming through an agency and was told to call them. I was told I could get one, so we traveled without a pack -n-play. When we arrived at the Breakers, we were told twice they would send up the crib to our room. At 10:00 pm, I walked down and asked about the crib, they stated because I was a private renter they could not give us one. I mentioned my earlier conversation and they could care less. The employees themselves around resort were very friendly. We were also not offered the DVDnow card for free movie rental we had to ask.
