My husband and I were in Myrtle Beach for one day. We chose Fire & Smoke because it was withing 1/2 mile walk of our hotel. Wow, we were very impressed all around. We split the Grilled Caesar salad, Seared scallops over smoky risotto and fresh catch seared Red Snapper with asparagus. All our choices were excellent and mixed so well with our draft-craft beer from Ontario, Canada. Even though our dessert choice was sold out, our nice waiter, Trey, served us a lovely bowl of fresh strawberries with almond-y cream sauce from the kitchen's fruit supply. It was a perfectly healthy & sweet finish to our delightful meal. It was a Thursday evening and our added bonus was a high quality acoustic guitar player/singer who was performing in the restaurant. Really nice.
