My Fiance',his brother and his brothers girlfriend booked this hotel after getting lost and it being 4 am and a long drive from ohio. As soon as you walk in there the most horrible smell I have no idea how to describe the chair in the lobby looks like its from the 70s and hasn't been cleaned since. We got two rooms side by side. The elevator is dirty and has writing on the walls with cracked buttons. the hallway was smellier than the lobby should of known not to go in the room. room doors were chipped and old. Walked into room and after cautiously turning on the light it was dirty and smelly looked in bathroom to see stains and who knows around toilet. that was enough for me. we walked out not even 7 minutes later got are money back and left.

The hotel was ok. The front desk staff were friendly. As you drove in, the hotel looked presentable. The breakfast, which was not free as many hotels offer was surprisingly good, although it was advertised in VERY tiny letters on the bottom of the menu that hotel guests receive a 15& discount on breakfast. We ate breakfast at the hotel for 4 days before I noticed this on the menu and then told the wait staff and they were not even aware of the discount. I later told the front desk staff about it and they said yes there is a discount BUT you have to ask for it and it is ONLY for hotel guests. Ok who else is going to eat breakfast at the DAYS INN? No one! I'd say that this was ridiculous; obviously they do not advertise it (maybe on their website when you book a room but not at the hotel) and put it in small letters on the menu for a reason. Esp. when there wait staff isn't even aware of it. The pool/whirlpool was nice/clean while the parking lot and pool area needed cleaning. I noticed a lot of cigarette butts and they had a lot of very shriveled hanging dead plants around the pool. Also there was one hanging plant that had fallen and dirt was spilled out everywhere and it did not get cleaned up until I was there for six days. You could also tell that the chairs around the pool area did not get cleaned much if at all as they were on the dirty side. The beds are so so but the pillows were horrible. The air conditioner in the room was VERY loud, although we were able to sleep through it fine, others may not have. The place smelled immediately when I walked in and the room smelled. But we put the fan on and sprayed perfume and it was fine. You get used to it. The location was good, not too far from the beach by car. The price was around 50 which if you stayed right on the beach you would pay 200 plus. So all in all it was just ok, very tolerable for the price. I would stay there again for the price but I would definitely bring my own pillow.

This hotel should be closed!!! It is so nasty, a disgrace to the city for visitors to Myrtle Beach. The carpet in the room was dirty, towels were gray with holes, bathroom not cleaned and hallway dirty along with a very loud air conditioner in the room. When I mentioned to the clerk about the air conditioner, she smiled, nothing else. I will never stay in another Days Inn and I advise anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach to avoid this hotel.

Room Tip: Not to book this hotel for anything.

We were desperate to find a motel on a Friday evening due to unforeseen circumstances. Our family booked 2 rooms for the weekend and had 4 dogs between us. Our room was ok at first sight, nothing fancy, definitely the lowest scale of any room I have stayed at. No frig, iron or Internet. Carpet musty. Smelled curry in the hallways. Freaked out the second day when making our beds since we had left up the do not disturb sign that day. There were blood stains, about the size of an orange on both beds on the underside of the bedspreads. I presume it was menstrul blood. It appeared that the spreads had not been laundered by the color of the stains. Freaking gross! There was some trash in the back of the hotel laying around like a toilet, torn up chair, old BBQ etc, looked trashy. We paid $160 per night for this dump that weekend. I'll sleep in my car before staying there again.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else!
